![]() We aren't aiming to primarily sell to zergs but to the solo, duo, and trio players. Too much pvp will be happening and will scare that majority of the customer base away. Logically you would think setting up shop in the middle of the most populated area is best but it's the exact opposite. Don't set your vending machine in a populated area, but next to it. I net that many resources while I sleep for an 8 hour span. ![]() It's amazing how it works and if you understand it you can make upwards of 10000 sulfur and wood over night from just ONE vending machine. The laws of economics do apply to shops in Rust. Just like no one will pay 7000 sulfur for your ladder hatch. No one is going to run more than 5 minutes to buy a bow for 50 scrap out of your vending machine. If you want to run a successful shop you need to appeal to the customer.
